Rooms with their own character.
Each room stands on its own, and each can be combined with the terraces and lounges alongside it. All are furnished as you see them — dining tables, lounge seating, and baseline AV are in place.
Bison Room
A polished, traditional setting for investor meetings, client dinners, executive meals, and intimate celebrations. Existing dining furniture, baseline AV, and standard setup create a turnkey environment without the limitations of a conventional restaurant private room.
Listening Room
A secluded, speakeasy-inspired setting with an adjoining lounge, private terrace, record player, and vinyl collection. Designed for conversations and occasions that benefit from a more intimate, expressive atmosphere.
Breakfast and lunch reservations in the Listening Room are available on a limited, date-by-date basis and require advance confirmation.
The Community Space
The heart of the floor: a long communal table with lounge seating around it, opening directly onto the terrace. Works as a hosted lunch, a company dinner, a reception, or all three across one evening.
The Lounges
Velvet, leather, and burl wood under downtown views — where guests land on arrival and drift after dinner. Included with the Social Table Experience and with a full buyout.
The Terraces
Outdoor terraces on multiple sides of the floor, furnished for standing receptions and fireside seating, with views across Lady Bird Lake and the skyline at sunset.
The Full Floor
All of the above taken together, with private restrooms, both catering kitchens, and the floor closed to everyone but your guests for the evening.

Food and beverage, staffing, security, specialty rentals, enhanced AV, valet, and other event-specific services are developed separately based on the requirements of each gathering.
Core hospitality does not include custom event strategy, bespoke creative development, guest-list sourcing, marketing, custom production, photography, video, or editorial amplification.

Arena members receive preferred event pricing and priority consideration for qualifying member-hosted gatherings. Arena Modern office tenants receive an additional preferred benefit.
Final pricing is provided through a tailored proposal based on the selected space, date, event format, and service requirements.
